We work with several local financial institutions to provide land and/or home construction financing. We also offer in-house financing for well qualfied buyers. We welcome the oppotunity to discuss these options with you. 

Yes, as long as the R-2 Zoning specifications are followed.

Yes, we can custom build your home or we referr you to a builder if needed.
